You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through your dashboard. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If you feel the clean doesn’t meet a reasonable standard, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details. Where appropriate, we may arrange a touch-up visit at no extra cost, subject to availability. Our cleaners follow a standard checklist, but the property remains your responsibility and we do not accept liability for indirect losses, loss of income, or guest complaints beyond the cost of a reasonable re-clean where applicable.
